Revival
A 12-week group experience for women ready to expand beyond
old identities and begin experiencing themselves
in ways they once believed impossible.
If you came and sat down, hesitated beginning, took a sip of your coffee… then told me
you didn’t really feel like yourself anymore, I wouldn’t immediately ask what happened.
Because sometimes nothing happened.
Sometimes, somewhere amongst all the living, loving, working, caring, coping and
becoming exceptionally good at being the woman everybody else needs,
you simply begin moving further away from yourself.
Until one day you notice.
You notice that perhaps you don’t know what you want anymore.
You notice the ways you doubt your decisions orapologise
when there’s nothing to apologise for.
Or perhaps it’s harder to explain than that.
You simply know there has to be more of you than this.
I wouldn’t think you needed fixing in any of this.
Instead I’d be curious about the woman living beneath everything you’ve accumulated.
Because I don’t believe you’ve disappeared.
I think you’re finding it difficult to hear yourself clearly.
Because beneath all the expectations and responsibilities, beneath
other people’s voices and your old experiences, there
are identities and stories you’ve repeated so often
they’ve stopped sounding like stories, and begun sounding like you.
I’ve always been like this. I’m an overthinker.
I’m not very confident. I can’t trust my decisions. Everybody else needs me.
This is simply who I am.
And around this time I might ask Is all of that really your truth?
That is where Revival begins
Not with me telling you who to become or fixing and polishing you into some kind of better version of yourself.
Revival begins with caring curiosity about the woman who’s already there.
The woman who hears her own voice.
Who can disappoint somebody without automatically believing she’s done something wrong.
Who stays beside herself when life becomes difficult.
Who trusts that whatever happens next, she doesn’t have to abandon herself inside it.
You may recognise this woman immediately. Or maybe you’ve only met moments
of her, caught glimpses of her, but haven’t fully met her yet.
Either is okay. In fact, either is good.
Because we always begin wherever you are.
What happens inside Revival
We talk. I teach. We question things. We share conversations.
Yes, you’ll explore the stories and identities you’ve carried and the relationship
you’re continually creating with yourself through self-love, emotional regulation, nervous
system support, journalling, identity, self-concept and meditation.
But Revival isn’t twelve weeks of collecting interesting ideas about yourself.
It’s a space where you practice.
Where you put what is learned on an intellectual level and bring it into your body through action.
You catch an old story while you’re telling it. Hear what you think before
reaching for reassurance. Hold a boundary. Make a decision. Notice fear
without handing it the steering wheel. Speak to yourself differently on a difficult day.
Then come back and tell us what happened.
Because this work happens in real life.
And real life continues between our sessions.
Every week combines live teaching with experiential work, and between sessions we
continue inside our private Signal group.
That’s where your questions can arrive while they’re still alive in your mind. Where you
can share what you suddenly noticed on Wednesday afternoon. Where we can
celebrate something that looks tiny from the outside but
represents an enormous change to you.
Because transformation rarely happens in one spectacular moment
accompanied by appropriate background music.
It happens in hundreds of ordinary ones.
Perhaps Revival is for you
If you’re tired of doubting yourself, of looking outside yourself
for permission. If you’re feeling drained by overthinking every decision or
dizzied by circling thoughts.
If you’re over being emotionally pulled around by every thought that enters your head.
If you simply want to feel calmer, steadier, kinder towards yourself.
If you want to trust your own voice, and remain on your own side
even when life isn’t simple.
And perhaps, perhaps you want
to stop trying to become someone you’re finally allowed to approve of.
Revival is something you experience
You don’t leave Revival with twelve weeks of impressive information.
You leave noticing and knowing you.
Not by becoming some glorious woman who never overthinks and floats serenely through adversity.
(I have absolutely no idea where we’d find her)
I mean experiencing yourself differently.
And that comes with you into your decisions, relationships, boundaries,
confidence, voice, work
and ordinary Tuesday afternoons.
Scholarship Places
Every round of Revival includes one or two pro bono Scholarship places for women who feel deeply called to this work but aren’t currently able to invest financially.
A Scholarship place is the same Revival experience, with the same commitment and participation.
If you quietly thought That’s me you’re warmly invited to apply.
Your Investment
For a short time, Revival is $2117 AUD, with payment options available.
You’re investing in twelve weeks with me, but really what you’re doing is making a decision that the relationship you have with yourself deserves your attention.
The practical things you’ll probably want to know
Begins: Tuesday September 1st at 6pm AEST
Duration: 12 weeks
Live weekly sessions: Tuesdays on Zoom
Session length: 45–90 minutes
Group size: 6–10 women
Every woman begins with a private conversation with me.
Not so I can convince you to come!
(You don’t need convincing and I wouldn’t know how to)
I want to know what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping might change and
whether Revival genuinely feels like the right place for you.
And I want you to decide the same thing about me.
If you feel the quiet pull... pay attention.
You don’t need to manufacture certainty or become a different woman before you arrive.
I say come with the doubts. Arrive here with questions and old stories.
Bring the parts you love, and the parts you’re still learning how to stand beside.
Come as the woman who knows there’s more of herself to experience, even if she can’t yet see what that looks like.
That’s the woman I want to meet.
Because Revival was never about becoming someone new.
Perhaps twelve weeks from now, you’ll simply leave knowing,
trusting and experiencing so much more of yourself.
Kindly
Sandie xx
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not sure yet whether this is right for me?
That’s completely normal.
Many women feel a quiet pull toward this work before they fully understand why. If you feel drawn to Revival, trust your curiosity and explore the details.
You will know if it feels right.
Do I need previous experience with personal development or therapy
Not at all.
Everything in Revival is taught clearly and step-by-step. Many women who join are encountering some of these ideas for the first time.
What if I miss a live session?
While live participation is strongly encouraged because the group container is powerful, recordings will be available if you need to catch up.
What kind of support will I receive between sessions?
You will have access to our private Signal group where I will check in regularly, share voice notes, and answer shorter questions.
How many women will be in the group?
Cohorts are intentionally kept intimate so every woman feels seen and supported.
What if I feel nervous about joining a group?
Many women feel this way initially.
But the container of Revival is built around kindness, respect, and emotional safety. Very quickly the group becomes one of the most supportive aspects of the experience.
