my own experience and the experiences of my clients.

Your full Rapid Transformational Therapy session happens soon after—often within days.
This is where I lead you in quietly challenging and changing old stories, beliefs and patterns… and it’s often
where your greatest breakthroughs happen.
Usually that same day – it depends on what time your RTT session finishes – I create and send
you your personalised subconscious reinforcement audio.
This recording is your bridge between the subconscious work of RTT and those ordinary Tuesday moments
when you suddenly publish the post or hold firm
on your price without three days of torment and then realise,

Listening to it at least once each day is imperative.

can’t even conceive of comparing herself to anyone and floats serenely through uncertainty.
I won’t promise these things because I don’t believe that woman exists.
