MENTORSHIP

MENTORSHIP

If you came and sat down with me today and I asked you What do you want from the next six or twelve months of your life lovely? I wonder what you'd say.

Because you might know immediately, or you might look at me, laugh slightly uncomfortably and say Well that’s a very good question Sandie.

And honestly, either answer would be perfectly welcome here.

Because there comes a point in many women’s lives when the question begins changing. We stop asking quite so often What should I do? and begin asking something much more personal.

What do I want?
And eventually we reach… Who do I want to be?

I’ve never known those answers to arrive either neatly packaged or all at once.
They tend to reveal themselves while we’re busy living.

They come through ordinary Tuesdays and difficult conversations.
Through the decision you’ve circled for months and finally make.

Through that thing that doesn’t go remotely according to plan.
Through the wonderful thing you didn’t expect.

The answers come through those moments when an old story reappears and you suddenly realise I don’t have to respond to it in the way I always did.

This is why I love Mentorship.

Not because I believe you need anyone telling you how you should be living your life.
Quite the opposite.

It’s because I want you to trust yourself so deeply that you don’t need me to have your answers.

But sometimes there’s something so rich and extraordinary about having another woman walking beside you while you’re finding your own new way.

Someone who knows the stories you’ve been questioning and recognises when one is trying to quietly wander back in wearing a convincing disguise.

Someone who sees your strength on the days when you’ve temporarily forgotten it.

Someone who can remind you of the woman you’ve decided to be until you no longer need reminding.

Someone who’ll celebrate the apparently tiny shift you almost didn’t mention because she understands it might not be tiny at all.

And someone who believes in you while you’re learning to believe in yourself, and continues to believe long after you do.

Because lasting change is created through the way you live.

Why Mentorship?

Some conversations change everything in a moment.
Others change us quietly over time.

Mentorship gives us time for the second kind.

This isn’t about creating dependence.
Becoming the person you need to consult before making a decision does not interest me.

You becoming increasingly able to hear yourself does.

You recognising what feels true.
You trusting your own decisions without requiring somebody else to guarantee the outcome.
You remaining on your own side when things don’t go according to plan.

I’m here for you to have somewhere to bring the real stuff as you’re learning to live that way.

The thing you haven’t quite been able to untangle alone.
The conversation you know you need to have.
The old story that’s suddenly become very loud again.
The unexpected success you’re still trying to catch up with.
The completely ordinary Wednesday on which you simply need somewhere safe to land.

You don’t have to make your life profound before you bring it to me.

Your life is the work.

Perhaps Mentorship Is For You

Perhaps you’ve already done a whole lot of inner work.
You understand yourself far better than you once did.
You’ve questioned old stories.
You’ve made changes.
You’ve had your own breakthroughs.

And yet knowing something and living from it aren’t always the same thing.

You get that visiting a new identity and then returning to the old one whenever life becomes difficult can only take you so far.

You want enough time and space for the changes you’ve begun making to become ordinary. To become completely natural. To become yours.

You don’t want another programme to complete or another collection of information to consume.

You want a relationship where you can arrive exactly as you are that week and move forward from there.

Because the thing is lovely, I don’t mentor women through programmes.
I mentor them through life.

What Our Time Together Actually Looks Like

We meet regularly over your choice of six or twelve months in a rhythm that works with and supports your life.

I can’t tell you exactly what we’ll talk about every time because I don’t yet know the woman who’ll arrive for each conversation.

But then, from here, neither do you.

I can tell you that there’ll be days we’ll untangle old stories, and days we’ll celebrate extraordinary wins, and other days where we’ll make practical decisions about your work or family or relationships.

You might arrive one week carrying the heaviness of loss, and the next be making a decision you’ve avoided for years.

Heck. You might arrive furious. Confused. Excited. Exhausted. Full of ideas.
Or with absolutely no idea what you need to talk about until you begin talking.

And every one of these conversations belongs.
Because neither you nor your life ever arrives divided into convenient categories.

There is no Mentorship Version of You who needs to turn up prepared, insightful and ready with something suitably transformational to discuss.

There is simply you.
And we’ll begin there.

The Woman
Walking Beside You

There’s something very personal about being invited into another woman’s life in this way.

Over months, I get to witness things that can be almost invisible from the outside. The first time you respond differently. The boundary that once felt impossible becoming completely ordinary. The decision you make without asking five other people first. The moment you hear an old story and realise you simply don’t believe it anymore.

I get to know the woman you’re becoming while you’re still getting to know her yourself.

And I never take that trust for granted.

Walking beside another woman while she consciously becomes more fully herself is one of the greatest privileges of my life – not because I get to decide who she becomes. But because I get to be there while she does.

If this feels like the kind of relationship you’ve been looking for, let’s have a conversation.

Not so I can convince you (convincing is not my style)

Simply so we can meet, talk about where you are, what you’re wanting, and discover whether I’m the woman you want walking beside you for what comes next.
